Shana Bagley Obituary
Shana Nicole Bagley, 25, of Hanover Township, died Friday, May 20, 2011, on her 25th birthday. She was born May 20, 1986, in Kingston, a daughter of Gary and Sharon Williams Burney. Shana was a graduate of E.L. Meyers High School and she attended Luzerne County Community College. Shana was a loving daughter, wife, mother and sister. She was an advocate for anyone in need. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Richard and Clara Williams; and by her paternal grandparents, Frank and Nellie Burney. Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her husband, Bradley J. Bagley Sr.; children, Bradley J. Bagley Jr., Analiese Nicole Bagley and Ariauna Noelle Burney-Brown; brother, Gary A. Burney Jr., and his wife, Nadine, Duryea; sisters, Dawn M. Slimak and her husband, David, Orlando, Fla., and Tara L. Burney, Wilkes-Barre; as well as nieces; nephews; aunts; uncles; and cousins. Private Funeral Services have been entrusted to the Nat & Gawlas Funeral Home, 89 Park Ave., Wilkes-Barre. The Rev. Laurie Jayne will officiate. Interment will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Hanover Township. In lieu of flowers, donations should be directed to the family, c/o 123 Westminster St., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702. I knew Shana when she was young & lived next door to my Friend Carlene.
She played with her Daughter Samantha...
She was a sweet girl & her untimely passing has saddened my heart...
My deepest sympathy from my heart to all of yours, goes out to her Family.
To her Husband & Children, my deepest condolences to you & those precious babies & may Shana's Angel watch over all of you & help bring Peace in your time of sadness.

my thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time . I met Shana whens she worked pto for our kids pre k . our children have been going to school for the past 4 school years (pre k x2 , kindergarten and 1st) she was 1 of the only few parents that would ever attended pto , and fundraisers, class trip and fun days. she was are dedicated mother . me and her had numerous conversations and laughs, she was nice and caring person and mother will be sadly missed. I've seen her every morning on the way to school . I hope you find the peace you all need. God bless.

Shana I was so sad to hear about your death. I thought of you often. Those children are so beautiful and you will be missed by them ever so greatly. I will miss chatting with you. It was great when I would run into you at church or at an event. My prayers are with your family. They are suffering a great loss.
