Happy Heavenly Easter Sunday Uncle Boy. Walter and I are doing well.
Talk with Man last week
He had a cold but was feeling better. There's this Virus going around that's making people really sick, some even dying from it. It's have schools, businesses and other unessential businesses closed. They're calling it Convic-19. It's spreading all over the world. Therefore we are on shutdown and only go out for essential things. We are to wear masks and gloves when we do go out. They say it is transported from person to person. It has hit Albany GA really hard.
Praise God our family are fine here in Jacksonville.
Vickie son Marico became a Father last month, making Vickie a grandma, which she says the baby can't call her nothing starting with a G . It's a cute little boy.

Happy New Year Uncle Boy. It's been a while since I made a notation on your page. A belated Merry Christmas. Walter and I are doing fine.
It was cold and misting rain today, so I stayed inside all day.
Received text message from Man wishing us a Happy New Years. Texting and Facebook is the new way of communicating these days. Lol. Vickie is still living in NY with Man. Crystal spent Christmas up there with them according to her post on Facebook.
As for as I know the rest of the family here are doing okay. Stephanie called to see if we were planning anything for New Years. She say she's been doing good.

Happy Birthday Uncle Boy, had you still been here with us we would be celebrating your 97th birthday. But on January 17, 2007, God came and took you with him. So happy 10th Heavenly Birthday as well.
Walter and I are doing fine, we made it through hurricane Irma safely this morning. It is a powerful hurricane, but God is more powerful and he is taking care of us. It did a lot of damage to other areas especially in Cuba Puerto Rica, Key West & Miami. Lots of flooding in some areas here in Jacksonville. We had a lots of tree branches in our yard, but thank God the trees are still standing, and we were kept safe. It is heading up to GA, SC & AL. Lots of rain and strong wind.
Man called me earlier to check on us also got a call from Kieth. They are both doing fine. Vickie is still living up in NY.

Hello Uncle Boy, Happy Belated Birthday, it would have been your 96th had you still been here with us.
Well you already know that Jessie is no longer here with us either, he transition to his eternal life last month on August 17, 2016, a day after I made my last notation to you. So he is there with you and the rest of our loved ones. I'm really missing him right about now, miss calling him just to hear his voice. At least he is out of going through being in and out of the hospital for varies illness.
Keith and his family came to the funeral, he and Missy have three adorable well mannered children. I told them they are doing and excellent job as parents.
Everyone here is doing okay as for as I know. I spoke with Stephanie last week and she say she was okay taking one day at a time. I told her that's about all we can do.
Well Uncle Boy until next time, I love and miss you and all my loved ones that has transition into eternal life.

Hello Uncle Boy, just a few words to tell you that I love and miss you. Walter and I went to a family reunion in Tifton GA weekend before last., To a Neloms Family Reunion. Had a great time. So many Neloms, didn't realize that so many Neloms existed. Not sure about how we all tires in, but we enjoyed meeting with them. Went to Albany, but didn't get to see Jessie. Tried to get Stephanie to go, but she didn't make it.

Hello Uncle Boy, Merry Christmas,
It's been quite a while since I made a notation on here. Walter and I are doing fine. Was in Albany last weekend for my baby brothers Wayne 50th. Birthday Celebration, it turned out really nice. Stop by to see Jessie and Ruth,Jessie had just got out of the hospital that Monday with lung and breathing problems. He seem to have been doing okay then. Keith sent us a nice Christmas card with his family photo. The kids are really growing. Vicky has gone to NY to live with Man....don't know how long that will last. I talked with Man last month around Thanksgiving and he was doing fine. Crystal has a used car lot dealership and seem to be doing well with it.
As you know Joshua was fatality shot back in June.
Devena has bought a new home and Stephanie, Glen and His little girl are living with her. They all seem to be doing good.

Hello Uncle Boy....just a note to say hello. Walter and I are doing fine. Had a very nice Thanksgiving, had dinner over at Denise and John. We was suppose to go to Jessie's but his wife had knee surgery and her mother passed and we had to cancel. Jessie has been in hospital several times in the past few months but seem to be doing okay now. I spoke with them on Thanksgiving day and Man on Friday. Man seem to be doing good...I think he finally got on the right track. He was home the last of October to a friends funeral he looks good. Haven't seen or spoken with Vickie and her family lately, but I think they are doing okay. Saw Stephanie a couple of weeks ago..she seem to be doing fine since she got out of the hospital.

Hello Uncle Boy, sorry I missed making a notation on your birthday.. So happy belated Birthday..had you still been here with us physically it would have been your 94th birthday on 9/11/14.
Here's a picture of Keith & Missy baby girl,Zipporah Ann. Your great granddaughter . She is such a lovable baby.
Spoke with Man yesterday, he is still doing okay. Walter and I will be flying up to NY on Tuesday to see my little grand nephew perform at Radio City Music Hall. He is in the top 6 in the semi finals on America's Got Talent! I am so excited for him.
Jessie is out of hospital he still have quite a few medical problems but seem to be doing some better. All the other family members here seem to be doing okay as far as I know.

Hello Uncle Boy,
Just a note to say hello spoke to both of your sons last week .. Man is still doing good and working smart as he says... Jessie, I talked with him yesterday he is doing better after being in hospital for built up fluid around his heart and lungs, which they found out after he passed out while trying to help push a car. He is on nasal oxygen most of the time., but he sy he feel better. Ruth his wife say she is taking good care of him.
Keith and his family was here for his brother JoeNathan funeral last month he and Missy has some sweet and mannerable kids. I kept the youngest boy and little girl while they attended the funeral. No trouble at all.

Hello Uncle Boy, a belated Father's Day wish.
Just finished talking with your son Jessie, he haven't been too long got out of the hospital ..having problems with his heart & lungs. They sent him home with a heart monitor..he is schedule to go for a sleep apnea test soon. He sounded okay and said he felt pretty good when I spoke with him. Ruth, his wife say she is doing her best to take good care of him.
We planned to go up there on the 4th of July so I will see him then.
I also talked with Johnny today, he say he is doing well working smart and making a lot of overtime. Until next time.

Hi Uncle Boy, I made a notation on here yesterday for Christmas but I guess I didn't do something right. Merry Christmas a day late. Had a great day. Prepared dinner for family and Stephanie and Devena came, they say Vickie was out of town. Happy Fathers Day Uncle Boy! Talked with both of your sons last week. They both said they are doing fine. Joshua came to town and left before I got a chance to see him. Hi Uncle Boy,
its been a while since I made a note to you.
Keith (Bubba) and his family paid us a visit last month...Jessie came and stayed a couple of weeks with us so he could get a chance to spend some time with them while they were here. I really enjoyed their visit.
Robert Lewis passed on the 8th. Walter and I attended the funeral. Thought Jessie was coming but he did not make it. I spoke with him last week he say he is doing okay.
Joshua is back in Jacksonville but I have not seen him yet.
Spoke with Man on Tuesday, he is still doing fine.

Hi Uncle Boy,
Your son Johnny finally made it back to Jacksonville for a visit. He will be here until this coming Wednesday, 2/30/13.. It was really good seeing him again. He is living and working in Brooklyn, NY. He looks good. I prepared fish dinner for him last Friday. Vickie, Denise and her family came over. We had a nice time. Vickie had a cookout for him on Saturday...got a chance to see John-John, Toddrick and their children. Stephanie was over too. They all seem to be doing okay. Man went by to see Robert Lewis and said he is not doing good at all. Jessie and Katie was suppose to come down on Friday but did not make it.

Happy New Year Uncle Boy,
We made it to see 2013 by the Grace of God. Walter and I are doing fine. Spoke with both Man and Jessie on New Years Day, they both sound good and say they are doing fine. Stephanie called me yesterday she is doing okay. Just spoke to Robert Lewis son, he say they are doing okay but Robert still using oxygen @ all times.

Walter and I did go to Cousin Honey Birthday party it turned out really nice. Her sister Rose was there from Detroit.. I did get to see Jessie while we were there.

Hello Uncle Boy.... good news Johnny (Man) was released this past Friday, October 12th. He called me last night to let me know. He will be staying with a friend there in Mahatten, NY until as he put it he get his finances situated. I was really glad to hear from him. Vickie and the rest of her family all doing okay as for as I know. Haven't heard anything from Stephanie and her family lately. Jessie was doing okay the last time I spoke with him.. Hopefully I will get to see him this weekend...we are going to Albany for Cousin Honey 90th birthday party on Satuday, Oct. 20th. Walter and I are both doing fine.

Hi Uncle Boy,
You will always live in our hearts and memories.. Love and miss you much. Happy Birthday on your upcoming birthday on September 11, 2012.. Man and I stay in contact with each other by letters...he is suppose to be released next month. I hope he will remain out this time. Jessie was doing okay the last time I spoke with him.
Walter and I are doing fine...getting ready to go on a 8 day cruise on the 22nd of this month.
Denise and her family are doing okey as well as Velvet and her little lady. Haven't talk with or seen Vickie and her family lately, so I guess they are doing okay. I spoke with Robert Lewis early last month he wasn't doing that good. Dearyl lives with him.

Hi Uncle Boy.
It's been over a year since I made a notation to you...it's not because I don't love and miss you, I really don't have any excuse. Walter and I are doing fine. Cookie is doing about the same still cannot stand or walk. She had a real sick spell back in february but by the grace of God she came out of the hospital and have been doing okay. She wears nasal oxygen now most all the time and have to sleep with mask and machine at night. Talk with Jessie earlier he say he is doing fine. He was in the hospital back in July. Vickie and her family are doing fine.
My brother James passed July 12th. His homegoing service was well attended.He is missed too.
This is all for now...will try not to wait so long to make the next entry.

Hi Uncle Boy,
Oops I forgot to make an entry for Fathers Day. I still love and miss you it jusst slipped my mind.
Walter is doing great since his surgery. ..he is now tahing care of me after having arthroscopic surgery on my rt. knee. I am recuperating fine.
Cookie is still doing about the same still in the rehab center. Keith and Missy have another son born in June, named him Isiah Lee Neloms, They are doing fine.
Jessie is in the hospital ..not sure what is really wrong with him except he was dehydrated with low potassium level when he was admitted. They are still running test on him. Hope and pray that he will soon get well. Stephanie is up there with them. I think she got laid of from her job and she ended up there with Jessie and Katie Mae. Prehaps this is a good thing.

Dear Uncle Boy,
Just a note to tell you about Walter having Surgery on his throat on Tuesday, April 8,2010. Thank God he made it through the surgery without complication and the doctor was able to remove the tumor and the path report came back that the margins surrounding the tumor was free of cancer cells. We are at home now and praise God he is recuperating well. He was in the hospital almost 2 weeks. He has to go back to the doctor for checkup on May 7, at 10 am.
I am so grateful that God allowed me to obtain the knowledge to be able to take care of him,family members and others when they are in the need of care.
Cookie is still in the Rehab Center. She still can't walk or get in and out of bed by herself. She had all her teeth pulled last month and waiting to get her dentures. Otherwise she seem to be doing okay. I talked with her yesterday. I get letters from Man quite often. He is still in NY.

Walter and I will be going to SC tomorrow to spend Christmas with his sisters and their families. We will be stopping Cookie off in Augusta to spend Christmas with her cousins.
We had Thanksgiving dinner over to our house...I even baked two cakes(smile).Denise and John helped with the other cooking. Cookie made potato pies. Ada, Stephanie, Devena, Glen, and Velvet even brought her father Willie Herman, (the older he gets the more he look like Mr. Brown.) Katie Mae and Jessie even came down. Uncle Boy,
on Jan.16th it was a year ago that you went to your eternal home. We certainly miss your physical presence here on earth.
Walter and I went to Albany yesterday for an Induction Ceremony honoring our cousin Pat along with four other powerful black women. It was really nice.
We went up and spent a little time with Aunt Carrie Bell, Jessie and Katie Mae. They are all doing okay. Shoe's oldest son and his son stopped by while we were there.
Talked with Cookie a few minutes ago to let her know we were back from Albany. She is still doing okay. She went to Charlie Britten Funeral today. He died Tuesday.
I spoke with his wife Elizabeth, on Thursday. She sound as if she is doing okay.
Your grandson Kieth"Bubba" and his family is coming next month to pay us a visit. I got a picture of his little son in the mail today. He is a cute little boy and really growing. I am going to baby sit him while Keith and Missy do the Breast Cancer run in memory of Kieth mother Ann in Feb.
As I said before I miss calling, talking and stopping by to see you.
