Mr. Daniel M.
Mr. Daniel M. Drake, 20, was born February 11, 1996, to parents Laura Johnson and Allen Darnell Drake. Daniel received his wings on, September 22, 2016.
Daniel acquired his elementary education from Toledo Public Schools and graduated from Scott High School in 2014.
Daniel graduated from Scott High School in 2014, and went on to attend Owens College to become a Mechanic.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Surviving are his mother, Laura Johnson; father, Allen Darnell Drake; brothers, Allen II, Darren, and Josiah; sister, Kamesha Anderson; grandmother, Essie Adair; best friend, J.T.; special friend, Teanna Jordan, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2016, at 3:00 p.m., preceded by a 2:00 p.m. Wake, at The House of Day Funeral Service, Pastor Johnnie Hobbs, officiating.

I don't even know where to even begin... you were always smiling and had the most amazing outgoing personality that one can wish for. You were not only your moms big baby but you were all of our big babies. I always felt like it was my job to protect you from harms way and I feel as if I failed, even though in the end you made it to where we all one day wish to be. It hurt that your not here with us anymore but I know you had to go do another job up above... so fly high and I thank you on behalf of myself and everyone else lives that you touched and had an impact on.

I knew Drake as a student at Scott High School. I was deeply sadden when I heard of his passing. Please know that our Scott family will miss him for he was truly a great Bulldog!
