Jack - I don´t know if you remember me but I was in your classes at both Washington Jr. and Whitmer and then I taught at Whitmer in the English Department in the 70s. I don´t live in the area any more, but I heard about your son through a Facebook group for my class at Whitmer (`68). I just wanted to tell you how very sorry I am for your loss. No matter how old our children get, we never stop loving them and worrying about them. My prayers are with you and your family.

My deepest condolences to the Mattimore family, Greg was a light at the safety building, always smiling and full of energy. Sharing a love for the Cowboys, those conversations were the best. Rest now sir, your watch is done, we've got your six.

My deepest sympathies to the entire Mattimore family. I worked with Greg in the detective bureau for many years and he was one of the best guys you could have by your side! We worked afternoon shift together for three years and it was honestly my memorable time on the police department. I looked forward to joining Greg in the retiree´s golf league this year. He will truly be missed and those that knew him are better because of it!
