Mr. Lucas, 89, of Toledo Ohio passed away Monday, December 20, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 50+ years, Elma (Toby) Lucas. He is survived by son, Walter R (Charlotte) Lucas III; daughters, Theresa (Edwin) Felton, Sr., Cynthia Smith, and Tina M Lucas; stepsons, Willie C. (Beverly) Jackson, Jr. and Michael A. (Celeste) Jackson, Sr.; stepdaughter, Vanessa A Jackson; 25 grandchildren; numerous great- and great-great-grandchildren; one surviving sibling, Lenora Mathews.
