Sophie Diehl Obituary
Born in Trenton, Sophie moved to Lawrenceville as a child and lived there for the remainder of her life. Sophie retired in 1970 from the Park Hand Bag Company in Trenton. She was a member of the Church of St Ann, Lawrenceville Senior Club No. 1, and the Seniors of Post 458.
Daughter of the late Joseph and Franciseca Petrovsky Radlinsky, and wife of the late Arthur Diehl, she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, William and Eleanor Diehl of Lawrenceville; her granddaughter and her husband, Ellen and Michael Matto of Stanton; her grandson and his wife, Scott and Linda Diehl of West Trenton; and her sister, Rose Persicketti.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 Wednesday (Jan. 2) at the Church of St Ann, 1253 Lawrenceville Road, Lawrenceville, followed by interment in Fountain Lawn Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
The family requests no flowers. In lieu of flowers, donations in Sophie's name be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Arrangements are under the direction of the Meloni Memorial Home, 1028 N. Olden Ave., Trenton.

I light this candle in loving memory of Sophie. My condolences to Bill, Eleanore, Ellen and Scott. She was one precious loving grandma and always brought a smile to my face. Rest in peace Sophie!
