Barbara A. Nemec

1948 - 2023

Barbara Ann Nemec, 74, formerly of Ruffsdale, passed away peacefully, Friday evening, Feb. 10, 2023, at the Colonial Courtyard of Tyrone. She was born Nov. 19, 1948, in Herminie, the daughter of the late William Edward and Mildred A. Beddick Cecconello. Barb thoroughly enjoyed playing bingo every Friday night at Turkeytown VFD for numerous years while her late husband, Larry, and son, Michael, would call numbers. Barb enjoyed taking scenic drives with her late husband, Larry, and their dog, Ike. She loved to have her morning coffee and tend to her flowers daily. Barb is gone from our lives, but will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her; her loving sons, Richard Bosch Jr. and wife, Kim, of New Paris, Pa., and Michael Bosch and wife, Crina, of Las Vegas, Nev.; her stepdaughter, Lauri Frost and her husband, Harry, and their children, Jimmy, Joel and Jesse, and their families; her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly, Beau Bosch and wife, Sarah, Rylee Bosch and significant other, Grayson Umbenhaur, and Belle Bosch; her sister, Patricia Raczkowski and husband, Larry, and their children, Amanda, Karla and Laura, and their families. In addition to her parents, Barb was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence J. Nemec Jr. (Sept. 20, 2020); her brothers, Richard, William and John Cecconello; and her sister, Mildred Gillespie. A private family gathering will be held at the convenience of the family. Entombment will take place at Westmoreland Memorial Park next to her late husband, Lawrence Nemec.
