Clara P. Lee

1942 - 2018

Clara Patricia (Baacke) Lee, of Swissvale, was called home to the Lord Sunday, July 22, 2018, in Hempfield Manor Care Home, after a courageous two-year battle with cancer, surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 5, 1942, in Braddock, to Delbert and Jospehine Baacke. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Barbara; and a brother, Charles. She is survived by her children, Linda (Mike) Cotyk, William (Tammy) Potter and Brooke Kennedy (Anthony) Brugiroux; two grandchildren, Samantha and Shawn Potter; a stepgranddaughter, Marissa; her great-grandson, Ryder "Bug", who could instantly put a smile on her face; brothers, George, Dave, Delbert, James and John; sisters, Alverna and Sandy; and several nieces and nephews. Pat was known to love the sun and beach. Everyone who came to know her loved her, and she loved them right back. She was a classy lady who took pride in her appearance and loved to decorate her apartment. She was a caring person with a kind spirit who loved the Lord. She always said she didn't have much in material wealth, however, her three children were her greatest joy. She was a loving and caring mother who will be missed dearly.
Friends and family will be received from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday only at the THOMAS L. NIELD FUNERAL HOME INC., 7441 Washington St., Swissvale. A service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
