Deborah A. Washburn, 62, of Scottdale, passed away Monday, Dec. 28, 2020. She was born Nov. 14, 1958, in Baltimore, the daughter of the late Manny and Patricia (Lafferty) Shaka. Deborah is survived by her sons, Henry Washburn III and wife, Michelle, of Youngwood, and Shane Washburn and wife, Rebecca, of Youngwood; her beloved grandchildren, Chance Goodlin, of Pittsburgh, Lacie Washburn, of Hunker, and Faith Washburn, of Youngwood; her great-grandson, K'Mari Washburn; her fiance, David Provance, of Scottdale; her brother, Jerry Shake, of Ocean Pines, Md.; and her sister, Cindy Ferral and husband, Scott, of Virginia.
