I was so sad to see this. I knew Penny when we attended the same church. She was a very kind and warm person.

Penny was a tremendous asset to Lincoln High School as a student and athlete.
I am proud of her for completing degrees from Notre Dame and the University of Washington.
The achievements of Penny can serve as a goal for any student in Tacoma but especially for those from the Eastside.
