Sharon Stevens Obituary
Born May 22, 1952, in Rockville Center, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Edward and Elizabeth (Dotterweich) Stevens.
Sharon was a home health aide in Troy for many years.
Survivors include her daughters, Melissa Rivers, Sherry Stevens and Shannon Stevens, all of Troy; her grandchildren, Cody Stevens, Elizabeth Osgood, Brandon Osgood, Kasian Stevens, Anyssah Stevens, Anyiah Stevens, Marisa Stevens and Joshua Richards; a great-granddaughter, Abby Stevens; two sisters, Barbara Stevens and Patricia Stevens of Troy; as well as seven nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a brother, Richard Stevens Sr.
Calling hours will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Monday, June 25, 2012, at McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home at the corner of 109th Street and Third Avenue in Lansingburgh.
Funeral services will be private.
Cremation will take place at Gardner Earl Crematory in Troy.

I'm having such a hard time this morning accepting the fact that she is really gone. Just a week ago I was holding your hand, and painting your nails in the hospital, as we talked about the good old days. You told me how much you loved everyone, and missed the good times we had. Life is so short, please put your differences aside, and cherish every minute of every day with the ones you love. You just never know when God will call you home. Aunt Sharon, "I Honestly Love You."
