She is survived by her children, Londyn and Mason; parents, John and Sue Zustiak; brother, Jason (Jenny) Zustiak; grandma, Mary Smith; mother and father-in-law, Jay and Alysia; brother and sister-in-law, Jacob and family, Alysia and family; boyfriend, Chris; dog, Bones; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
