It is hard to hear that a great hunting buddy won't be joining us here in South dakota this year. But he is now in a better place and he can hunt all he wants. We will always be thinking of you Jay. But October will never be the same.

I am so shocked to hear of the loss of one of the most kind giving and loving souls I have been honored to know and be part of his life. Jay was such a happy and fun person to be around. I will miss him dearly. His loss reminds us all of how short life is and to cherish the time we have together. My prayers and thoughts go out to all that knew him, rest in peace Jay. Aaron and family,
Jay had the most amazing smile and tender heart he will be greatly missed. We will miss his phone calls to check the grandkids and for goodness sake to discuss hunting with Mike 6 months before the season even started. We have lots of memories that will carry on forever. The kindness he showed to my father in-law Cliff letting him turkey hunt on his land and showing him the ropes. You are in our thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time. Say hello to Cliff and my Mom Jay I am sure they greeted you with a beautiful smile and warm hugs.
