Patsy's wisdom was a God-send to me back in the Oak Manor days...I was a new mom and totally overwhelmed with figuring out the educational system. She helped me so much, and I was very grateful to her for her patience and thoughtfulness! It was always a pleasure to see her at Oakhills pool and my family all loved the artwork she did there. Before the pool was redecorated a couple of years ago I took photographs of some of her work the shark and wonderful mermaid. I'd be happy to forward them to you if you don't have copies.
She truly did light up the room with her radiant smile and the warm- hearted persona that accompanied it.
Deepest sympathies.....

My heart goes out to Ray and his family during this very difficult time. Patsy could have very well invented a smile because the one she shared was the most beautiful and almost beautiful as that of her heart ❤ I don't believe Patsy every meet a stranger she just was so warm and sweet to all. I had the privilege of meeting her, calling her a friend, being bestowed a gift of one of her pies (Wow was she a great cook) and had the privilege of having her wonderful daughter Maureen work for me. The world was a better place because she was able to change the hearts of those lives she touched. She will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with all of the Chadwick family....

I enjoyed getting to know Patsy over the past two years, She brought sunshine and her beautiful smile whenever she came in. She would always look for a newspaper so she could do Sudoku ! May you rest peacefully with the Angels. Blessings and Hugs to her husband , family and all those that love her.

I was stunned and greatly saddened to read of Patsy's death. She was a great artist and a wonderful friend. I had not known that the cancer had come back. I had a great time in art classes with her and later sharing fair duty in the fine arts building during hot August days. We did not see each other often but when we did it was like sunshine had reentered my day. I will miss her very much. My condolences to her family -- she loved you all very much.
