I was very sad to here of Aunt Corinne's passing i know that she has family in Heaven waiting to see her. I have always been proud of being named after her but i am sad that i didn't make more of an effort to get to know her better, as Annette said we have heard lots of storys from our father Paul Turcotte about her. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I just received your letter Uncle Joe, and I wanted you and your family to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Even though my sisters and I don't have many memories of Aunt Corrine ourselves, we did have many wonderful stories that our Dad, her brother Paul, passed on to us. She is now among family in heaven and she is loved and missed by all. Love your nieces in the west Annette (Turcotte) Harper, Corrine Turcotte, Patricia (Turcotte) Gruber, & Kathleen (Turcotte) Pawlicki.

Dear Joe and Family,

I just today received your letter regarding Corinne's passing. It has been seventeen years since I last saw her but I can't express to you how sad I was to hear this news.

Corinne was one of those people that you meet in your life that you just know they have changed you forever.

I worked with Corinne at Nomis for three years and there was not a day that went by that she did not talk about her wonderful family, how lucky and blessed she was to have all of you. At that time, I was just getting married and would be starting my own family soon. She was such an incredible role model for me. I am blessed for knowing her.

I kept in touch with Corinne each year via Christmas cards and she would alway reply back with news and pictures of her growing family. So proud of each of you.

My children are almost grown now and I know from Corinne that our children are what we leave behind for all to remember us.

My heartfelt sympathy to all of you.

To Corinne's Family,
I just read of Corinne's passing yesterday and was so sad that I could not attend the funeral.
I worked with Corinne at Nomis. She was such an amazing woman. I remember sitting in the backroom with her before we opened, she almost always brought you breakfast! she would tell me countless stories of her family, and boy would she just light up when she spoke of you.
I remember one time she brought in her spinach pita, it was great and I had mentioned that, the next week, YUP! a whole spinach pita for me to bring home. One time we were talking about gardening, she had so much knowledge of it and shared it with me. She invited me to her house to give me flowers to plant from her garden to my own. She was the most thoughtful ,caring and giving person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I remember when I suffered my miscarriage she was there, and also there for my first born.
I remember some of her grandchildren being born, some children getting engaged, married. How proud she was when Professionally yours opened. Just loved to speak of her grandkids and children.
Joe, she just beamed whenever your name was mentioned and I remember saying to her, boy I hope my husband and I are as happy as you two are after all those years.
My guess Corinne was truly a Godsend her on earth, I think God just needed her back.
I wanted to express my sympathy to all of you, you got to experience the most amazing woman for so many years. I feel God blessed your family
I am so happy i was able to have the pleasure for even the short amount of time that I did, I remember her and her wisdom always.

Grammy,
I know you are still with us all. You always told me angels were watching over me, and now I believe that more than ever. You are my guardian angel.
I hope I am as strong as you were, but I know that your strength and courage will help guide me when I need it most. Always stay with us, we still need you. I may not be able to see you, but I know you are always close by.

I love you.

To Corinne's family and loved ones,
There just aren't enough words to express how sorry we are for your loss. I feel your sorrow as I lost my mother recently.
Through all this heartbreak and pain may the memories live with you always and help you through this difficult time. Her genuine care, smile, love for her family was unique and appreciated by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

There will never be another person in my life that means as much to me as she did.

Its not fair that she had to go, but she went with all the courage imaginable and we are all so proud that we were able to be with her for the few hours that we had...and those hours will stay with me forever.

But just like people say….Time will make it easier…..and its true…in time we will all go on with our lives just as before, but we will learn at the same time that there is more strength in us than we ever knew……that mom made us strong …and we will know that she is still with us….in our heart.

I love you mom. Love Diane

Grammy,

Even though you're gone, I still feel like you're with me, and it makes me glad. I wrote this poem for, and hope that you can see it.

--

We're all living this life from an identical seed,
But each one of us still with a separate life to lead.
And from this seed we're all forever embeded in you,
Because you're the tree from which we all grew.

From this tree, we all continue to grow as its leaves.
For you, we'll always unite on that tragic day's many future eves.
The tree's branches far into the air greatly extend
But our love to the roots still will always descend.
