I remember Bob as a resultof writing an article in the Union Leader about Bob and his brothers as part of the tribute to the Manchester residents who served in WW II. Bob was always in a very good mood and willing to tell me more about the "amazing" Murphys. We also remenisced about my Dad and the time Bob and he spent as St. Raphael's.

I will never forget Bob, the war hero, the Sweeney Post Commander, the huge supporter of St. Anselm College, and his devotion to St. Raphael's. Bob is in my prayers and I will always remember him as one of the finest gentlen I've ever had the pleasure of knowing.

Dear Aunt Gloria, Kevin and Sheryl, Karen and Gary, Joe, Matt, and Lenny, and the rest of the Murphy tribe --
I can't tell you how sorry I am about Uncle Bobby. He was the sweetest of uncles, and he had the most Irish -- and the most wicked -- sense of humor of all the Murphy men. Now they're all together, and despite our sadness we can take comfort in their joy. I love you all and hold you in my heart.

I'm so sad that my uncle Bobby has passed. He always held a special place in my heart. From the time I was little girl and he visited my bubby in New York. I was blessed he made the trip to my wedding many years ago. He also got to meet my daughter Molly and she also has fond memories of him. We didn't see another often, yet we kept in touch. We last saw him at Booby Langs house for dinner when me, my sister and mother (Patti) visited NH. He was an kind and caring man and shall be missed. He was also an American Hero! We love you and will miss you Uncle Bobby! RIP and our love and our sympathies to Aunt Gloria and family <3
