Vicki Goodrich Obituary
Vicki Diane Goodrich, 59, of Ventura, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2012, in Ventura, following a brief illness.
Vicki was born on April 8, 1953 in Anamosa, Iowa. She moved from Iowa to Ventura County in the early 70's and spent the next 40 years in Ventura County. She took pride in her excellent customer service, and was loved by coworkers and patrons of the Motel 6 where she worked for the last 10 years.
Vicki enjoyed her time at Motel 6, as well as spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed watching reality T.V. shows and dining out at local restaurants. Vicki always believed in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and had a strong faith in the Lord.
Vicki is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jason Sr. and Christine Goodrich; grandchildren, Jason Jr. and Lisa Janae all of Ventura; son, Jesse Goodrich Jr. of Moorpark; sister, Wendy Goodrich of Ventura; and brother, Jesse Goodrich of Beaverton, OR.
"If I should go tomorrow, it would never be goodbye, for I have left my heart with you, so don't you ever cry. The love that's deep within me, shall reach you from the stars, you'll feel it from the heavens and it will heal the scars."
A memorial service will take place, Monday, June 18, 12 p.m. at the Ted Mayr Funeral Home, 3150 Loma Vista Road, in Ventura, with the Pastor Steve Perez officiating.

Prayers & thoughts for our old friend, from the Avenue. We will cherish all the fun & crazy times, we all shared. Especially, all her jokes.
