Virgie Blore Obituary

WILKESVILLE - Virgie Lee Blore, 83, of Wilkesville, passed away, Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2017 at OhioHealth O'Bleness Hospital, Athens. She was born Nov. 25, 1933 in Hope, Arkansas, daughter of the late Russell and Lottie Collum Kesterson. She was the widow of the late John Leslie Blore.
Virgie is survived by a daughter, Laurie Hernandez of Medford, Oregon; stepdaughter, Teresa (Casey) Carroll of Canby, Oregon; stepson, Myron (Diedre) Blore of Talent Oregon; son, Robert (Lucy) Kesterson of Glide, Oregon; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Julia Hernandez; stepson, Stephen M. Blore; and brothers, Leroy and Marvin Kesterson.
No services will be held at this time. Inturnment will be in Radcliff Cemetery. Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
