Paul Lytton Obituary
Visalia - Paul Arthur Lytton, passed away Sunday, January 7, 2018 in his Visalia, CA home in the presence of family and friends.
Paul Lytton was born June 24, 1950 in White Sulfur Springs, West Virginia to Paul Fink Lytton and Della Lela Lytton. He married Cathy Cologrande in 1980 and was so blessed to raise her three beautiful daughters as his own. Just two years later he moved his new family to Goshen, CA in 1982.
Paul was a man of few words, but was an amazing listener. His whole purpose in life was to serve others and he did so with a heart full of humility. Paul was always ready and willing to help anyone in need.
In his good friend's, Candice Ramsey class, where he volunteered, he decided to write and publish a book called "Jerry Jitters," about a boy in her class. They were a compilation of positive reinforcements of the benefits of right choices and learning while in school. Paul had a very special bond with his granddaughter, Kayla Pena, he was a huge part of her life. Paul's professional history spans a period of more than 35 years. The list includes: A Martial Arts Instructor, Private Detective, Chief of Security, Own & Operated a Motorcycle Escort Business serving Tulare County, and as a Correction Officer in a maximum security prison. He also was a volunteer with Goshen Fire Department.
Paul is survived by his daughters, Kim Englert and Lisa Mitri, (Samir), sisters, Diane Singleton (Morrison), Debrah Hollibaugh and Theresa Call, a brother, David Hollibaugh (Anita); 4 wonderful grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his youngest daughter, Shari Cologrande and his parents mentioned above.
