Felix Arellano Obituary
Felix was born July 6, 1950 in Shelly, Idaho. After graduating from Wm. Adams High School, Alice, Texas, in 1968, Felix worked in 1989 as a dockworker for Roadway until his retirement in 2007.
He is survived by his loving wife Patty Arellano; his sons Anthony Arellano, Aaron Green and Tommy Green; his daughter Kim Peak; his former spouse DeeDee Arellano (Dorothy Williams) and their children Derek Arellano, Fabian Arellano and David Arellano; grandchild Ava Savannah, all of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren Christopher Lenaoz and Samantha Lenaoz of California; his guardian Isidoro Gomez of Corpus Christi, Texas; three brothers, Margarito (MariaElena) Arellano of Lockney, Texas, Desidoro L. (Lydia) Arellano of Barstow and Telesforo (Jesusa) Arellano Jr. of Alice, Texas; four sisters, Lazara (Raul) Rodriguez of Alice, Texas, Paula (Juan) Elizardo of Alfred, Texas, Maria A. Silva of Ricardo, Texas, Escolastica (Luis A.) Silva of Alice, Texas; Rosalinda (Raymond) Castaneda of Corpus Christi, Texas; and numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
His parents Telesforo and Escolastica Arellano, as well as his sister and guardian Marta Gomez preceded him in death.
Services will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14 at High Desert Funeral Chapel and Cremation, 16545 Bear Valley Road in Hesperia.
Friends may call at 16618 Ocotillo Road in Apple Valley beginning at noon Wednesday, and the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Contributions in memory of Felix may be made to the charity of your choice.
Arrangements are under the direction of High Desert Funeral Chapel and Cremation, Hesperia, California.

Felix, let's see now. I will always remember the laughter you gave me and tell the truth you still do. You had the classic laugh. You gave me joy. And remebering you, and those times on the dock will forever give me happiness and joy. I will see you in heaven one of these days and thank you for being a friend!!

Even though I haven't seen you in years, Felix; we had some great times at Roadway. You always laughed at my stupid jokes and antics. I will remember your chuckle, and our 'deep' conversations about nothing in particular. Those were good times; I never missed Roadway, but I always missed you guys. Adios!
