Anna Denise Huggins

Anna Denise Huggins was born April 6, 2006 at 2:14 p.m. Jesus healed her and took her into His arms at 8:06 p.m. the same day. She was surrounded by family at that time. Although with us in body for only a few hours, Anna Denise had been a part of our hearts for over 18 months. She was a promise from God: a part of His master plan for our lives. She was His from the beginning and always will be. May her short life always bring glory to His name. A celebration service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 11, at Antioch Community Church, on 20th Street at Waco Drive. We want to thank the many family and friends around the world who have lifted our arms (Exodus 17:11-13) and carried us through a difficult few weeks. It is so wonderful to be a part of the body of Christ. We also want to recognize and thank the staff of Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center who cared for Carla throughout her extended stay in the hospital. May God bless you all as you have blessed us. Anna Denise is survived by her parents, Scott Lavalle and Carla Denise Huggins; her big sister, Paige Huggins; big brothers, Ryan and Jeremy Huggins; grandparents, Darrell and Sheryl Cobbs of Waco, and Art and Johnida Evans of San Antonio; great grandparents, Gene and Ruby Huddleston of Waco, Albert Cobbs of Waco, and Harlowe Johnson of San Augustine; aunts, uncles and cousins, Nate and Sandy Williams and daughters, Katie and Abby of Waco, Dave and Melissa Poling and sons, Travis and Tyler of Waco and Craig and Banner Huggins and son, Cole of San Antonio.
