To the family,
Donald Ray was a friend of my father's and I had known him for quite some time. I remember the first time I had heard his special laugh, that I myself cracked up laughing. He always had that gift to make people laugh, and along with that gift came the ability to make a lot of friends, which he had. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
