ALBERT N. ALEXANDER (Age 81)  
Died Monday, November 12, 2012 in Williamsport, PA. Formerly a Washington, DC area resident for 30 years. Born February 23, 1931, in Syracuse, NY, he received his bachelor's of science degree and master's degree in economics from Syracuse University.Albert lived in the Washington, DC area for thirty years and worked for the Department of Commerce, Export Import Bank, and Department of State. He was a U.S. commercial attache in Beirut, Lebanon and was a U.S. representative for GATT in Switzerland and OECD in Paris. He also was an adjunct professor at Lycoming College and the Pennsylvania College of Technology.Surviving are his wife of 51 years, the former Susan Pokress; sons, David (Lorraine) of Chapel Hill, NC, Jonathan (Kristin) of Bethesda, MD and Philip (Siobhan) of Potomac, MD; and five grandchildren.A memorial service will be held at Saints Peter and Paul Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church, 10620 River Road, Potomac, MD 20854 at 10 a.m., Friday, November 23. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Saints Peter and Paul Antiochian Christian Church.

Susan and family, we are so sorry for your loss. We will always remember the fun times with you at the Family Reunion in Michigan years ago. It was a wonderful time to get reacquainted just wish we kept in touch. Al leaves a wonderful legacy that will live on through his loving family.
