tobias GREGORY JOSEPH TOBIAS On Tuesday, October 9, 2007, GREGORY JOSEPH TOBIAS passed away. He was the beloved son of Eddie G. Tobias, Sr. and the late Mildred V. Tobias; devoted father of Gregory, Jr. and Bianca; loving brother of Eddie, Jr. (Doris), Carlton (Nancy), Reginald (Mary), Gary (Constance), Michael and Vincent (Kim), Patricia, Cynthia, Sharen, Deborah (William), Sandra and Tawanna; beloved fiance of Cynthia Lee. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends at Holy Comforter St. Cyprian Church, 1357 East Capitol St. S.E., Washington, DC on Tuesday October 16, from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial, 11 a.m. Interment Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery.

To the Tobias Family & Cynthia Lee,
We were shocked to hear of your loss, may your memories of him comfort you in your time of grief. Our memories of him were fond and deep. Greg was a man of character. His respect and empathy for others will continue to stand out in our memories. In life we are challenged with many obtacles, however, only the strong continue on a positive course and Greg meet his challenges with a smile. He was a genuine person, it was a privilege to know and an honor to be considered a part of his family and the sentiment was mutual. We will deeply miss him.
