MARILYN JEAN MONEY  
Marilyn Jean Money, 88 years old, of Silver Spring passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 2, 2021, in her sleep. She was born to parents Charles and Bessie MacDonald, on August 14, 1932, in Billerica, Massachusetts. Marilyn graduated from The Howe School/Billerica High School and moved to Washington, DC, where she attend business school and went on to be a court reporter. She married the late William P. Money in 1960 and they lived together in Silver Spring, Maryland, for fifty-two years. Marilyn is survived by four children: Susan Sickinger of Ashton, MD, Sharon Twombly of Radnor, PA, Scott Money of Spencerville, MD, and Sandy Montgomery of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren: Ryan Sickinger, Brittany Sickinger, Brandon Twombly, Adam Twombly, Corinne Twombly, Brianna Twombly, Nicole Money, Kevin Money, Brian Money, Jack Montgomery, and Andrew Montgomery. Marilyn was predeceased by her loving husband in 2012. Marilyn was immensely proud of her family and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 28, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. at Ashton Methodist Church. The family prefers that people make donations to Ashton Methodist Church or Sandy Spring Friends Home, in lieu of sending flowers.
