Dear Hayes family, I worked with Ophelia in the late 80s/early 90s at Woodside Travel Trust. I am sorry I never reconnected after moving back to DC years later. She was a beautiful person, a consummate professional, and a class act. May God comfort you all, very sorry for your loss.
