We on Monroe Street, and me and my daughter in particular, being Mr Studevent's next door neighbors for the past 30 years, we will forever feel the void of losing him as a neighbor, We could always count on him to watch our house and the block. We will miss him sitting on the porch giving all of us his words of wisdom and advice or simply saying have a nice day. If you weren't his friend, he made you his friend.

Faithful and Dependable man of God is what comes to mind when I think of Father Studevent. He has always been a great example for men to model themselves after at home, work and church. He will be greatly missed. Mother Studevent, you have our thoughts and prayers.
