Tracy was such a nice guy and so much fun back at Flagler College, but his smile I will long remember. So many people will share this loss. Prayers for the family.

The 'off the wall comment' by Tracy with a poker face and calm voice
The pregnant pause
I sit there and wonder
Tracy smiles broadly with his straight teeth, sharp canines, and twinkle in his eyes.
I finally 'get it'.
Your smile, sense of humor, and outrageous emails and stories will be missed. I will keep you close to my heart, Tracy.

Courage, strength, wit, humor, humility: these were just a few of your finer attributes. You were a good man and a great friend to me. Your journey through this life was hard and unfair at times, but you carried your burdens without question. May you find peace my friend, God knows you deserve it.

I have no words to express my shock and my sympathy for your family! I knew Tracy when he worked at Census; we were both active in the Association for Persons with Disabilities at Census. I very much appreciated his kindness and sense of humor.

Cary,
Our deepest sympathies to you and Annette. You and your brother have been like family to me over the years and you all are a large part of what I loved about our neighborhood growing up together. Peace and strength to you in your time of mourning.

Tracy was the best roommate to our son Christopher during their college years. His wit, his talent and his overall great personality will be sorely missed, even though we hadn't heard from him in a while. Our deepest sympathy, Carol & Charles Fuss, St. Pete Beach, FL

Cary,
May God be with you and comfort you in the loss of Tracy and your mom. So many wonderful memories of our families spending time together years ago. Take comfort to know they are both with your dad now. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time.
