Bill was a bear of a man so powerful and such a sweetheart. He was always so kind to my 100 year old grandma at the gem shows. So proud of his kids. It hurts to say goodbye

Bill, was a good friend, Father, and Police Officer. For many years he hosted teens at their home allowing them to 'hang out' while also being a great role model.
He will be missed!
