Rosalia Schiavone

Rosalia Schiavone, 93, of Bethlehem, Northampton County, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 27, 2025, at Country Meadows of Bethlehem. She was the loving wife of the late Salvatore Schiavone. Born in Italy on August 29, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Felice and Albina (DiPrinzio) DiMartino. Rosalia worked for many years as a piece worker in the textile industry. She was known for her skill and patience in crochet and embroidery, crafts she loved and shared with family and friends. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Isabella LaTassa of Hellertown; her grandchildren, Nina and Joseph; and her great-grandchildren, Bellina and Luca. A Mass of Christian Burial was held privately at St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Roman Catholic Church, 1408 Easton Road, Hellertown, PA 18055. The interment was at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
