Theresa M. Asselin

1922 - 2018

Theresa M. (Jolicoeur) Asselin, (95) passed away on January 3rd (just shy of her 96th birthday) at the Miriam Boyd Parlin Hospice Residence in Wayland, Mass and moved on to her heavenly home where she looked forward to being reunited with her beloved parents and brothers and sisters. Married to her husband Andrew Asselin for over 60 years Theresa leaves behind her daughters Suzanne Sege, Drayanna Roseboom, and son Michael Tyler. Grandchildren Beth Connolly, Chris and Jon Sege, Charryse Bigger, Ayla and Cody Roseboom. She also leaves behind 8 great-grandchildren. She will be missed by her nephews Paul, Andre, Rene and Robert Ravenelle who proudly called her Memere/Ma Tante and nieces Andrea Wilver, Megan Morrissey, Ashley Brown, Danielle and Moira and nephews Adam Ravenelle and Aaron Ravenelle. Theresa was the proud owner of The Uniform Shoppe in Hyannis and Falmouth Mass. for over 25 years. Her life will be remembered as one filled with love of God, family and friends. Let it be remembered that Theresa never met a person she did not consider a friend, she was an inspiration to us all. On January 20, 2018, family and friends will honor and celebrate the life of Theresa M. Asselin at Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy Street, Southbridge, MA from 8:30-9:30AM. The funeral mass will be follow at 10am at St. Marys Church, 247 Hamilton Street, Southbridge, MA. Burial will follow at New Notre Dame Cemetery, N. Woodstock Road, Southbridge, MA 01550.
