Miriam Price Ward

WARD WINSTON-SALEM - Mrs. Miriam Price Ward, 78, of Winston-Salem went to be with her Lord Jesus on August 6, 2010. She was born October 25, 1931 in Madison, WV to the late Early and Vallie Price. She was of the Baptist faith and was a loving caregiver who loved her children and enjoyed sewing and working in her flower garden. She was preceded in death by her husband, James K. Ward and her son, William Ray Ward. Mrs. Ward is survived by her son Kenneth Ward and wife Robyn; two grand-daughters, Carmen Ward, Lela Stinnett, and grandson, Casey Ward; a sister, Libby Schott. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 9, 2010 at Forsyth Park Baptist Church with Rev. John Krivsky officiating.
