Ms. Teresa Ann Moore, 48, of 1876 Trellis Lane passed away Friday, April 9, 2004, at Forsyth Medical Center. She was a lifelong resident of Winston-Salem, an employee of Industries for the Blind and a member of Grace Chapel Holiness Church. She is survived by a daughter, Bernitta (Teejona) Hines; a son, JaVorick Moore; four grandchildren; four sisters, Betty Ingram, Evelyn (Frank) Hayes, Vera Moore and Tanya Hairston; four brothers, Sylvester Moore, Dwight Moore, Joseph Moore and Robert Moore; and a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, in the chapel of Hooper Funeral Home with Pastor E.W. Hayes officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel. (Hooper)
