HIGH POINT - Mrs. Victoria Cecil Brock, 76, died Monday, Jan. 13, 2003, at her residence. Mrs. Brock was born July 15, 1926, in Davidson County, a daughter of the late Asbury and Effie Swain Cecil. She was a lifelong member of Spring Hill United Methodist Church and was retired from Kiddie Tot Hosiery Mill. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Clayton Cecil, J.R. Cecil and Billy Cecil. Survivors include a son, Randall Brock and his wife, Carol, of High Point; a granddaughter, Victoria Brock; two sisters, Cora Hilton of High Point and Mozelle Craven of Winston-Salem; and a brother, Everett Cecil, of High Point. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Spring Hill United Methodist Church officiated by the Rev. Wilber Jarrett and the Rev. Richard Patzfahl. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 this evening at Cumby Family Funeral Service in High Point. Pallbearers will be Barry Cecil, Dallas Cecil, Danny Cecil, Melvin Cecil, Wendell Cecil, Jimmy Craven and William Wright. Online condolences can be made through www.cumbyfuneral.com
