Joyce, My prayers are with you and your entire family as you move forward in these difficult days. Tim was a great boss but more importantly he was a greatly valued friend and mentor. Our Ore-Ida team, led by Tim, shared hard work and many good times away from work. Tim will be sorely missed by all who were blessed with the opportunity to know and love him. Good bye and God bless you dear friend.

Joyce & Family,
My wife Judi, our three sons, and I were experiencing the normal fears and unknowns associated with relocating our family to Plover, Wisconsin. Our family relocation coupled with the fact I was now managing the then Termicold frozen food warehouse directly attached to the monstrous Plover Ore-Ida Foods potato plant had us on edge to say the least. Then I had to formally introduce myself to the Ore-Ida Foods plant manager . man was I ever nervous. I was escorted into Mr. Kelley's office by his personal secretary. I was asked to sit down. Mr. Kelley requested that I provide him with my past work experiences, my family, etc. etc. I believe I had just about ran out of words, when Mr. Kelley reached out across his desks shaking my hand stating, Welcome to Wisconsin, welcome to Ore-Ida Foods, and welcome to my staff! Tim made me feel like a million bucks. That was back in August of 1984, 31 years ago and I remember it like yesterday. Thank you Mr. Tim Kelley and God bless you!
