David Allen Barker

DAVID ALLEN BARKER, 70, of Clarksburg passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at the United Hospital Center after an extended illness. He was born on April 28, 1953 in South Charleston, WV, a son of the late Wilfred Trelour Barker and Goldie Lee Bowles Barker Cleek.
David was a 1972 graduate St. Albans High School. He worked for Air Service of WV for 25 years until his retirement. David enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing golf.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of forty-six years Tina Kiser Barker; sister, Linda Hendrickson, Scott Depot; brother, Douglas E. Barker (Debbie) Morgantown; step-brothers, Charles Cleek (JoAnn), Westville, IN and Allen Cleek, CO; mother-in-law, Joanne Starcher Kiser Bravo, Lost Creek; sisters-in-law, Linda L. Barker, Morgantown, and Debbie Shock (David) Ripley; brother-in-law, Robert Kiser (Patty Morris) Grafton; nephews, Seth and Isaac Barker, Morgantown, Noah Barker (Christa) Grafton, Zachary Barker, Melrose, MA, Gregory Barker (Joyce) Terra Alta, Chris Shock (Britt), Poca, Jason Shock (Terri), Kenna; nieces, Sarah Cramer, Delmar, MD and Jordan Kiser, Morgantown; Niece Tiffany Morris Ward, Marietta OH, and several great nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by his step-father, Robert C. Cleek; grandparents, Roswell and Lillie Barker, and Thomas E. and Mattie B. Bowles; one brother, Rodney Barker; father-in-law, Billy Joe Kiser; several aunts and uncles.

Family will receive friends for visitation at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Drive, Clarksburg, WV 26301, on Saturday, February 3, 2024, from 2 p.m., until the time of the funeral service 3 p.m.
