MIke and Steph, I am so sorry for your loss. Even though i never met Leah, the loss of a child is tragic. Remember, that some day God will wipe away every tear from our eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or pain. I must say I am absolutely honored to have known such a lil princess from the moment I got to hold u after u were born I knew what an angel u were going to become and after I had my daughter which is always gonna b ur bff at heart I thought to myself were in trouble we r gonna have two lil angels running the town someday like ur mommy n I did but God had a different town for u to run a town filled with bright lights lots of different colors all the candy u want all the toys u want this is ur town lil Leah and someday we will all b in ur town w u may u rest in peace sweet Leah and we will see u later <3 <3

I can't even begin to imagine the heartbreak like the loss of a child. I know she's looking down from heaven wanting all the sadness her loved ones are experiencing to go away and remember all the happy and loving memories of her and her beautiful spirit. Hello, I don't know you but feel your pain. I've also lost a child and know the pain and anger you're feeling. People will say many things to try and get you through this but only you & your husband can understand this feeling of emptiness in your hearts and life. I encourage you to get involed in a local support group for parents that have lost children. My child was stillborn so I never knew him outside of carrying him. That being said, I can only imagine how much more difficult this must be. Please consider the support groups offered, you will be amazed with the people you meet and the immediate connection you'll have. In time, as you start to live life, you will begin helping other families who will be suffering from the same pain & loss as you. Please & know you've been in my thoughts and prayers, Trust me, God is with you through this and will never leave you. Every little detail in life will be your precious Leah sending her love from our Heaven above.

I do not know the family but my daughter Kristin went to school with Mike. I'm so very sorry for your loss. I can't begin to know how you must feel. Please know that there are many friends, family and strangers that are giving you there love, prayers and support at this time. I am so sorry for your loss. I can not even begin to imagine the depth of your grief. I have a 2 year old granddaughter myself who is the apple of my eye and could not see my life without her.
