Mr. Lazzara sold me a bedroom suite and left me pay on it weekly because I was a senior in school and worked 2 weeks and went to school 2 weeks. That was 1966,67. I still have that bedroom suite. He was a very nice man who believed that I would pay him in full, which I did.

Tom and Tina,
Your father meant so much to so many. I will never forget meeting him for the first time while accompanying my Uncle Ray on a sales visit to his store, I was 12 years old. Your father was so kind and caring. He had a wonderful way of being present, wanting to know how you were, how you felt. I could not have known then that his son would be my dearest friend in life. Your father and your family are a gift to me and all that know you. There is no greater tribute one can bestow on their Father, being a gift to others.
God Bless you.
Chris

Tina and Tom,
What a wonderful man your sweet father was. My late father, Ray Renoll was a friend of his and helped him with many projects (including remodeling the Quick Six).
Treasure your fond memories of your dear father- he was truly a gift to many.
Hugs and prayers for you and your families.

Ciao caro zio Pietro, ci mancherai tantissimo. I nipoti Maria, Tommaso e Gaspare

Tom & Tina,
I am so sorry about the loss of your beloved Dad. Tom I used to see you walking him slowly down to communion at St. Joe & I was moved by your respect & love for him. When I told Art your Father had passed on Easter Sunday, he said “it doesn’t get any better than that.” Your Dad has broken the chains of death & is now seeing the magnificent glory of God! Alleluia.

Pete was always genuinely interested in how we were doing. He always wanted to know if i had my TOOL BOX. Always ready to fix something. Pete, may you rest in peace, as you use your "tool box" to help fix things in heaven.

We are saddened to hear the news. Especially my dad as he recalled the great times and stories they told together as best friends in Sicily and working at cole steel. We have fond memories of his caring, loving kindness . We will miss him and his laughter. You were blessed to have him as a father.
Peace to you all.

Dear Tina and Tom:
We would like to extend our deepest condolences on the passing of your dear dad and our uncle. I will remember all the good laughs we had altogether with his stories of long ago. Its too bad we couldn't be there with you due to covid. He is probably reunited with the family and having a great time. May he rest in eternal peace. A life well lived.

Rest in Peace my sweet Nannu. You were the best grandfather and best friend anyone could ever ask for. You taught me so many things, most importantly the value of family. I will miss spending each and every day together. You were truly one of a kind, my hero forever. You will be dearly missed by everyone who ever had the honor of knowing you. I love you forever.

Tina & Family,
Sorry to hear of your loss. I knew your family had the furniture store, but I didn’t know that you had Quick 6. My husband would stop in there when we were in town. I enjoyed your Spanish classes & catching up with you years later when I worked at Bon-Ton. Your family is in my prayers.

In 1966 I bought a beautiful bedroom suite from Mr. and Mrs. Lazzara at their furniture store. They trusted me a 16, year old girl to make payments on a bedroom suite, and I still have and use that bedroom suite everyday. They were great people. RIP Mr. Lazzara.
