There are some people who you meet and admire on so many different levels. Mr. Suchy was one of those people. From his Christmas parties to his love of college football to his deep, obvious love of his family, he was a class act in every way. It was an honor to know him and my thoughts are with all of you. Dear Mrs. Suchy and family,
Mom called me to tell me about Mr. Suchy's passing. We were both so very saddened by this that words cannot explain. I had not seen Mr. Suchy since my Pop's passing 2 years ago and that saddens me too, because I just realized that I've known Mr. Suchy since I was a little girl, as he and my Pop worked together for years and years. I feel fortunate to have at least seen him at Pop's viewing back in January 2008. We had the time to speak to one another and catch up a little bit. I will never forget how kind he was to my mom during that time and afterwords too, right up until the end.
I know that God will comfort you and that Mr. Suchy is watching over you as well.
I'd like to thank Mike Kohler for calling mom to tell her so that she could tell us kids. That work family is truly that, a family, and anyone who departures from it will be missed more than anyone can know.
Please contact me if there is anything that I can do for you or any of the family.
My prayers are with you and I'm just sure that my Pop and Mr. Suchy are just talking work like crazy right now. I'm taking solace in that, perhaps you can as well.
Sincerely,
Sheri Armand (Frank & Anne's daughter)

Ginger:
On behalf of all of your friends and classmates at the Mount Saint Agnes Theological Center for Women, please know of our prayerful sympathy at the news of Bob's death. In addition to the legacy he leaves in your sons and grandchildren, I have so many memories of his hospitable and generous nature but offer only these two here: First, he had one of the best voices we ever enjoyed from the "Wise Men" invited to those early Epiphany Parties at the Old Provincial House in Mount Washington. Secondly, I remember how happy he was when the National Katyn Memorial to Polish war heroes was finally dedicated at the Inner Harbor in November of 2000. He worked tirelessly so that future generations would remember the heroic sacrifices of so many nearly forgotten. I hope you are in some small way comforted to know that generations of Mount Saint Agnes and Mercy women will be with you this week in prayer and well beyond.
