Clare's was a wonderfully bright spirit. Her presence will be sorely missed by all who knew her and loved her, but it was a great gift to have her here while we could. Our sympathies and prayers go out to Steve, Maddie and Jacob... knowing that only time and faith can soften the sting of loss.

I have been blessed to have Clare in my life for many, many years. We met as childhood friends and shared everything growing up. We lived many miles apart after college years but were never far from each others thoughts and hearts. We continued to share in each others lives through letters and phone calls. I feel so lucky to have had her in my life. She was truly my sister and best friend.

Steve, Maddie & Jacob you were everything to her and all your love and support gave her the strength to keep fighting. I'm honored to have witnessed the love you all share.

Love,
Laurie

My dear sweet friend rest in peace. Even though we met on line through a forum we continued to email on a daily basis. We shared so much and exchanged photo's. Laughed and cried. Shared sewing, thoughts. and many things right down to fears and hopes. You were prepared to accept whatever God chose for you and knew your sister would meet you. So I know you are not alone. (((((Hugs))))

You are a loving and concerned mother of two beautiful children that will grow up to make you proud.
My thoughts are with you your Mom loves you lots. Great big hugs to you both.

A caring loving, proud wife. A good friend to all she came in contact with, a very spritual soul.

I for one will never forget you and have sewen, walked in the sunshine and cried many tears for you in celebration of your life.

God bless you and your family. MY deepest sympathy to you all. I know you all felt her beautiful spirit deeply and will miss her so much.

If I can ever do anything let me know. Lovingly Farmgirl sister Carrie (Cinnamongirl)

Clare forever made an impression of love on my heart. I meet her on line at Mary Janes Farm Forum, and we started emailing each other. Along with an apron, and many more things that she willingly gave. Most of all she shared her heart and I shared mine. She got me through some incredible painful days for me, as she shared hers with me. She was kind, caring, loved her husband and children. She delighted in sewing and spending time with her family. The joy that she had and shared about getting to make all the camping trips this summer with her family. She loved her husband, he was her hero and love. I will miss her.
The greatest thing about our friendship is the fact that it doesn't end here on this earth, that I will get to visit all through eternity.

My heart is heavy. I am saddened to hear of the passing of Clare. She was such a beautiful woman inside and out. My prayers go to Steve, Maddie, Jake and the whole family. Clare touched so many lives and was such an inspiration and encouragement to me. Although I never had the privilege of meeting her I will miss her.

For those of us who knew Clare through MaryJane's Forum...Clare leaves a legacy both tangible and intangible. She leaves her touch on our hearts and so many of us have pieces of her crafting such as quilt blocks and other gifts to cherish forever. There are pieces of Clare that have reached all over this country.

Though I only knew Clare through the Farmgirl Forum, it was clear to me that she was a gentle spirit and well loved, gracious woman. In the few chats we had, she spoke of the love she had for her family. I will treasure the words of kindness she shared and keep you all in my prayers!
