I heard a sermon on the radio yesterday by a pastor from the church where the first shooting occurred. It was great... and that the church could forgive the murderer was so impressive. It made my boyfriend and I feel like fools for not being able to forgive people in our life for things that are comparatiely minor.

The victims, Tiffany and Philip could have been us.... they were even almost the same age. It hits close to home. I don't think I would have een as brave.

As heartbreaking as these tragedies are...and your pain will always be a part of you...we can all be at peace because they died saved. We know they're with God. Many have to wonder at these times, but you do not. May you find comfort in that and in knowing the country grieves with you. Sincerely,

Your all in our prayers. Times like these we don't always know why, but we can know that God will comfort each and everyone of you during this time. We are all saddened by this, but just remember that at that moment scripture tells us and assures us that they are now in the presence of our dear Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. May this give you peace and comfort.

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there, I do not sleep

Do not stand at my grave and cry
I am not there;I did not die

My heart is breaking for all of you, family and close friends, who lost their loved ones because of this tragedy. Being a person of deep faith myself, firmly rooted in my Catholic beliefs, I truly believe that your loved ones are at peace with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in heaven. And I truly believe that the work they have accomplished here on earth during their short (too short) lives was not done in vain, but has furthered the Kingdom of God here on earth. You will all be in my prayers during the days and months ahead, especially during this most holy time of the year.
