For Ola...
WEEP NOT FOR ME
Do not weep for me when I no longer dwell among the wonders of the earth; for my larger self is free, and my soul rejoices on the other side of pain...on the other side of darkness.
Do not weep for me, for I am a ray of sunshine that touches your skin, a tropical breeze upon your face, the hush of joy within your heart and the innocence of babes in mothers arms.
I am the hope in a darkened night. And, in your hour of need, I will be there to comfort you. I will share your tears, your joys, your fears, your disappointments and your triumphs.
Do not weep for me, for I am cradled
in the arms of God. I walk with the angels, and hear the music beyond the stars.
Do not weep for me, for I am within you;
I am peace, love, I am a soft wind that caresses the flowers. I am the calm that follows a raging storm. I am an autumns leaf that floats among the garden of God, and I am pure white snow that softly falls upon your hand.
Do not weep for me, for I shall never die, as long as you remember me...
with a smile and a sigh.

May Ola rest in peace and may his family and loved ones be more comforted by his existence than suffer sorrow from his passing. His talent and the gift of ABBA will carry on in his abscence.

Your music touched the lives of millions of people all over the globe. I grew up listening to ABBA everyday as a child. May GOD grant your family peace and understanding in their time of sorrow... and thank you OLA for the music that touched my heart and mind.... your spirit will live on in the contribution that you have made to society through your music. I will always remain a loyal fan... so for now rest well and may GOD rain showers of blessings upon your freinds and loved ones.

Dear Brunkert Family:
I remember the group ABBA, as I was growing up. I really enjoyed their music. I extend my deepest sympathy to family and friends. I hope you can draw comfort in knowing that God has promise to un-do all the wrong on this earth, and restore his Kingdom thru-out the universe. Jesus Christ will rule as king and their will be peace and happiness for all. He will also ressurect all of our dead love ones and,you will see Ola again.

Music, when soft voices die
Music, when soft voices die,
Vibrates in the memory—
Odours, when sweet violets sicken,
Live within the sense they quicken.
Rose leaves, when the rose is dead,
Are heaped for the belovèd's bed;
And so thy thoughts, when thou art gone,
Love itself shall slumber on.

My deepest sympathies to the family of Ola Brunkert, of ABBA fame. I am so sorry to hear of his passing, and his suffering. He is the second member of a singing group to die in Spain, recently (the other being Mr. Smith of Dave Clark Five fame). God be with Mr. Brunkert's family, in this sad time.

I REMEMBER ABBA! THEY WERE A GROUP THAT WHENEVER YOU HEARD ONE OF THEIR SONGS IT TOOK YOU BACK LIKE A QUANTOM LEAP, TO A SPECIAL TIME IN YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU WERE YOUNG AND SO CAREFREE. THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES, ABBA, AND MAY THIS TALENTED MUSICIAN REST IN PEACE ALONG WITH ALL THE OTHERS WHO'VE LEFT BEFORE HIM THAT BROUGHT SUCH WONDERFUL MISIC TO OUR EARS DURING THOSE UNFORGETABLE "SEVENTIES" WHEN THE DISCO ERA WAS HOT! HOT! HOT!

My Sympathies to Ola Brunkert's family. I am 41 years old and still listen to ABBA today. It's wonderful how bands from long ago are still enjoyed years later.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Father we entrust our brother Ola to your mercy. You loved him greatly in this life: now that he is freed from all its cares, give him happiness and peace forever. Welcome him now into paradise where there will be no more sorrow, no more weeping or pain, but only peace and joy with Jesus your Son, and the Holy Spirit forever and ever.
May God hold Ola in the palm of His hand. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. My deepest sympathy.
What a band, thank you!
