Terry Barr is the kind of gentleman that none of us can or will ever forget. I went to school with Terry for 12 years all through Congress and Central High. He was an inspiration us then, and has continued to be in the years since. - Warren Hecker, 1953.

At Central highschool Terry was my big brother. He once told me that he wanted me to break all his records in track, and I did, all except one. When I was a Senior, He returned to see a basketball game, and told me he was only kidding. Terry will always be a big brother, not just to me, but to all the young guys at Central who wanted to be like him. Never forgotten! Especially for Hanna

Shelley, please know you have been in my thoughts these past few days. I have the fondest memories of you and Terry dating back in Ann Arbor. You and Terry were so in love as observed by your Kappa sisters on the front porch of the KKG house on Hill Street. You and Terry were such great role models.
Peace to you and your family. Loyally, Judy Campbell Spindle Frey

When the death of a loved occurs, no one is ever prepared for the overwhelming feelings of despair that can result from the loss. At 2 Corinthians 1:3,4, it states that God is the Father of tender mercies and he is the God of all comfort who comforts us in all our tribulation.
With deepest sympathy to your family, please take comfort in knowing that God feels compassion for what you are experiencing and through prayer share with God your feelings and He will give you what you need to cope with the pain that death brings.

To the family of Terry Barr. I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I hope you can find comfort in the Bible. At Isaiah chapter 33 verse 24 there it says no resident will say "I am sick." Please take the time to read that verse.
