Mr. Cowan was a man who truly wanted to help mankind he thought of others before his self. he devoted to finding a way for science to help Society. He gave most of his money to charitable causes that he wasn Passionate about'
Almighty God has seen what he has done to help others and he will not be for gotten for the love he had for the Human Race.
