To all the families of the NATO Helicopter Crash Victims; I am sorry to hear of your losses. Its comforting to know for just as the Father raises the dead up and makes them alive, so the Son also makes alive whomever he wants to. For the Father judges no one at all, but he has entrusted all the judging to his Son. (John 5:21-29)

Once again my family and I join the nation in expressing our deepest sympathy for the loss of lives in an effort to make the world a safe place to live. Today and in the days to come, we are making our petitions known to God that He comforts the loved ones of those who died in the recent NATO Helicopter Crash, persons whose lives were sacrificed to help others. My hope is that surviving family members and friends be reminded that in the Scriptures, God promises that He will 'make wars to ease to the extremity of the earth.'--Psalm 46:9. Eternal life on a peace earth is something we all would like to experience, hopefully in the very near future.

It is such sorrow to lose family , friends and loved ones in death. Be comforted in knowing that the Creator, Jehovah, does not cause these unforseen events nor does he want them to occur. Draw close to God especially now and he will draw close to you.
JAMES 1:13 When under trial let no man say 'I am being tried by God, for with evil God does not try anyone, nor can he himself be tried.
