Please accept my most heartfelt expressions of sorrow.
It is with astonishment that angels were sent to rescue Flight Lieutenant Navigator Hector Bernard Rubin, D.F.C. from the location where the mortal body of the first husband of the maternal grandmother of my friend Jordan Lazareck was found.
I stand in solidarity with The Royal Canadian Air Force in honour of those who laid down their lives for the freedom and liberty of my home and native land. And forever remain devoted to the stewardship of The Jewish Federations of North America and The Jewish National Fund.
For the welfare of my mother faith and for all Jewish people, I salute my neighbours in the name The Right Honourable The Lord Tweedsmuir, GCMG, GCVO, CH, PC, DL (née Grosvenor) and Her Excellency the Right Honourable MarySimon, C.C., C.M.M., C.O.M., O.Q., C.D., Governor General and Commander-in-Chief of Canada in Right of Their Late Majesties King George V, Edward VIII, and George VI.
