With much sadness I express my heartfelt condolences to the families that have lost loved ones in this unfortunate tragedy. I also join the nation in prayer to help the Marysvile community work shoulder to shoulder to guide and protect each other throughout their healing process. We live in critical times that are hard to deal with. I pray to our Grand Creator to strengthen our minds and our hearts as we inculcate His thoughts into the hearts of our children. Our Heavenly Father is near to all those calling on him in truth.

Please have my condolences. When a son or daughter dies, it is particularly hard for the mother. Thus the Bible acknowledges the bitter grief that a mother can feel. (2 Kings 4:27) Of course, it is difficult for the bereaved father as well. "O that I might have died, I myself, instead of you," lamented King David when his son Absalom died. (2 Samuel 18:33)

It's a tragedy and a heartbreaking moment for the family that now has to deal with this... Although sometimes, we cannot find the right words to comfort someone, we can imagine their pain and suffering this situations brings to these families. You are not alone, our thoughts are with each one of you, and more important, our Heavenly Father understands our suffering and He can become your stronghold - Psalms 18:10... May the family be granted strength, inner peace, and find comfort under God's wings of protection.
