Kan Bonfils Obituary
The actor was rehearsing for a stage production of "Dante's Inferno," due to open in a London theater this week, when he collapsed Monday.
Chris Hislop, spokesman for the Craft Theater company, said Thursday that the play's director performed CPR on Bonfils but the actor could not be resuscitated. He said the cause of death is not yet known.
Hislop was not able to confirm Bonfils' age, which was reportedly 42.
Bonfils appeared as Jedi master Saesee Tiin in the 1999 film "Star Wars: Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace." Other credits include "Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle Of Life" and "Batman Begins."

What a career! We are so sorry to hear about th loss of Kan. The shock of such a sudden loss can be very difficult to come to grips with. May the family be blessed with "the peace of God that excels all thought" during this time of mourning.

I'm sorry for the loss of Kan Bonfils. I know all too well that the grief associated with losing someone you love is difficult and words of comfort from caring people help but often fall short of relieving the pain. God loves you so much,that at Psalms 27:10 he promises to take you in even if your mother and father abandons you. Rely him to get you through this tough time.

From our birth on, we feel the need for comfort. A baby uses its vocal cords to let us know when it needs comfort. Perhaps it wants to be held or it is hungry. Even when we are older, we often feel the need to be comforted. Especially is this the case when we experience a loss. My sincere condolence.
