Got to see Stanley twice in a small club in Baltimore, once even on Fat Tuesday. Best 20 bucks I EVER spent! I'll never forget the fun and fellowship among the crowd gathered that convinced me that music played from the heart by a true master can bring people together like nothing else.

So many good times - Choo Choo Bugaloo, They all asked for you, Hey Joe,...
Even though DC is a political town, Buck got to play at Clintons' inauguration and brought Zydeco here. Cant imagine how much fun it was to play that squeeze box all over and travel on the big bus.
Buck will be missed! His music will never be forgotten. Thanks for all the postings on You Tube. All good memories for fans, for friends and for family. Brought lots of good times to all of us. Classy guy for sure.
Thanks Buck RIP
It will be ok

I saw Stanley with Eric Clapton and saw him many times since. He taught to never take an opening act for granted even with a name like Buckwheat Zydeco. I enjoyed his Thanksgiving album and his club appearances in New York. He never failed to make me dance. He'd say "Hold that tiger!"
My condolences to his family.
