Istanbul Nightclub Shooting Victims Obituary
Istanbul Gov. Vasip Sahin has been quoted as describing the incident as “a terror attack.” He also stated the attack was carried out by a lone gunman.
The Reina nightclub, located in the Besiktas neighborhood of Istanbul, was filled with several hundred people celebrating the new year when the gunman opened fire.
Istanbul has seen a number of notable terrorist attacks this year, including several bombings. The bombing at Ataturk Airport June 28, 2016, was the deadliest. About 45 people were killed in that attack.
Nightclubs have also become more frequent targets of terrorist attacks. In June 2016, 49 people were killed in the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Florida, and 89 people were killed in the Bataclan Theater Nov. 13, 2015, as part of the coordinated terrorist attacks in Paris.

My sympathies to the family and friends of this tragic incident. Please find comfort in knowing that our loving Heavenly Father does not cause bad things to happen. He can and will give you the needed strength to endure because he cares for you.
He will keep His promise to remove all wickedness, violence and suffering from this earth by means of His Heavenly Government which we constantly pray for at Matthew 6:9 & 10.
